ASE: Innovation in Scientific Exchange

Thank to you everyone who attended the first Annual Scientific Exchange. It was truly an innovative meeting filled with outstanding presentations and great interactions. We invite you to join us at ASE 2010. Keep checking back for more information!

About ASE
Each year ASE will focus on a single topic. In December 2009 the topic is the spectrum of immunosuppression and tolerance. The science presented at ASE will cover research from the entire spectrum of immunosuppression and tolerance in relationship to basic science, laboratories, preclinical models, and clinical trials. This topic will be dissected and presented from all avenues including:

  • Clinical: Studies involving outcomes in transplant patients.
  • Translational: Studies involving material derived from transplant patients
  • Pre-Clinical:  Studies involving non-human primates and large animals
  • Experimental Tolerance: Studies involving: novel approaches to generate tolerance in small animal models and/or understand the underlying mechanisms of action; or the basic immunology of tolerance and rejection.
