AST is ready and willing to work with you to modify existing support opportunities and forms of recognition to best suit your needs and capabilities. We’ll find creative ways to give you the recognition you deserve. Don’t see an opportunity that interests you? Suggest a new item and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Benefits afforded to all Support Opportunities
All supporters of ASE benefit through the following recognition:

  • Inclusion in general session slides acknowledging corporate support
  • Listing in the conference program guide
  • Listing on the conference web site with a direct link to your company’s homepage
  • Listing on signage throughout the meeting space.

Most opportunities are eligible toward designation as Diamond Level Supporter. Most sponsorship opportunities come with additional forms of recognition as noted in each item description.

Conference Essentials [Attendee Conveniences]

Hold Everything! • $20,000
Give each attendee a classic bag in which to carry their educational materials.  As the conference bag supporter, you have the choice of how your company name, logo, or web site (4-color) appears on the bag i.e printed, via luggage tag, or insert acknowledging support.  AST will work with you to customize the opportunity to work within your company’s policy. This sponsorship contribution includes the bag*, printing costs, and one insert.  This opportunity is exclusive to one sponsor.

Nice to Meet You • $12,000
Each attendee will be wearing a lanyard with name badge.  Your company name, logo, or web site is featured on the lanyard. This sponsorship contribution includes the lanyard* and printing costs. This opportunity is exclusive to one sponsor.

Take Note • $12,000
Organized attendees need to keep their session notes in one place. AST designs the cover art recognizing you as the notebook sponsor, and you provide the back cover artwork. The covers will be in four color and inside pages will be blank and lined. This sponsorship contribution includes the notebook* and printing costs.

What’s Next? · $10,000
Keep the meeting moving with quick-to-reference pocket guides. This sponsorship contribution includes design and layout for the guide, your company name, logo, or web site featured within the design, and printing costs.

Let me in! • $7,000
Be in the palm of each attendee’s hand. ASE has a large block of rooms for attendees at the meeting venue. Each attendee will receive a special room key card, printed with the sponsor’s logo, upon hotel check-in.  This sponsorship contribution includes the keycards* and printing costs.

Attendee Amenities

Tag Your It ·  $50,000
This is the ultimate data collecting and networking solution.  Be the host of a wireless handheld device system designed to accelerate networking and gather valuable data. This state-of-the-art system offers:  a searchable participant database with photo, participant radar and spotting, electronic business card exchange, personalized conference agenda, instant messaging, live voting, Q&A, surveys and feedback questionnaires, and interactive venue maps.  This sponsorship contribution includes the equipment*, network setup, data collected during the meeting (distributed by AST following the meeting), and your company’s logo incorporated into the design of the homepage banner (main display page). Re-Juvenate • $30,000
Be the one to provide a relaxing get-away for attendees.  A semi-private room with soft walls, lounge furniture, and signage is erected in a prominent area within the Learning Pavilion where trained massage therapists give attendees seated back, head, and neck massages while waiting attendees relax in the sitting area with foot massagers. This sponsorship contribution includes the massage equipment*, therapists*, welcome desk, furnishing*, your company’s logo incorporated into the spa artwork, the ability to set up appointments from an exhibit space by providing timed tickets, and a sign acknowledging the sponsorship.  Sponsor may also work directly with the hotel to serve refreshments.  For additional information please contact Tina Squillante, Director of Meetings, at tsquillante@ahint.com or 856-642-4436.

 Re-Charge • $12,000 per station
Get noticed by sponsoring innovative Automated Charging Machine (ACM) stations.  ACM stations provide attendees with a power source for their cell phones, BlackBerry’s, iPods and other electronic devices.  This sponsorship contribution includes the equipment* and your logo, ad, or video on the LCD video screen.  Note: artwork and video at the sponsor’s expense.

Stay Connected · $12,000 for all stations
Sometimes you need more than your Blackberry or IPhone for checking email. Multiple cyber cafes will be located throughout the Learning Pavilion.  This sponsorship contribution includes equipment*, display furnishing*, your company logo as the screen saver, and a sign acknowledging the sponsorship.

Re-Hydrate • $8,000 for all stations
Become an active contributor to the global green initiative by sponsoring water stations throughout the meeting venue.  This sponsorship contribution includes your company’s logo on every water station and printing costs. 

Educational Opportunities

Show Time · $5,000 per session
Hold a product information session in the Learning Pavilion Theater.  This sponsorship contribution includes access to the theater for a 45 minute session during the break and lunch periods, theater set up (estimated seating for 60 and projection capabilities with laptop port), acknowledgment of sponsorship/session in the theater schedule.  Session may be live or electronic and the sponsor may divide the time into multiple presentations. Note: presentations are subject to approval by the AST.

Back Stage Access Pass · $3,500 per session
The core of the Learning Pavilion is the Expert Learning Center.  This new center takes education beyond the classroom setting and evokes the power and impact of conversation.  The center will provide attendees with an opportunity to engage in conversation with presenters immediately following their session. This sponsorship contribution includes the low wall structure*, furnishing*, refreshments, and your company’s logo incorporated into the artwork.

Young Innovator Awards · $1,200 each
A select number of Fellows, based on their abstract scores, will receive a $1,000 award, custom plaque, and acknowledgment during a special award presentation session. This sponsorship contribution includes a $1,000 award and custom plaque.

Give the gift of AST · $150 per membership
After visiting with attendees in your booth, support their education by providing them with a $100 coupon toward membership in the AST.  Support includes printed coupons with your company logo incorporated into the design and administrative support at the AST main office.
